After reading this book you'll appreciate why the patient- intolerant optometrist (with the white collar and traditional `profession') `shows up' more like a technician and the thoughtful, meticulous plumber ( with the blue collar and the less-prestigious `tradesman' label ) `shows up' like the real professional.
