It lays out the basics and includes the BOSS, a very useful observation tool. Even though this is a revision, some of the information is a bit dated for the current state of practice. The forms provided, either in this edition or within the workbook if that is also purchased, are very useful and provide a structure to gathering information that can be very helpful. Worth purchasing as a part of an assessment library.
